About our venue:
Fr. William krumpe activity center

Built in 1994 and named after a previous pastor, the Fr. William Krumpe Activity Center (known as the KAC) is a multi-purpose building used by the parishioners and staff of St. Bartholomew Parish, Our Lady of Divine Providence Family of Parishes, and the students and staff of John Paul II Catholic School.

Due to the limitations of the existing stage, Ray Sowell, husband of founding Bart’s Bards member, Marge “Margie” Sowell, created an impressive portable and modular platform system. This stage is constructed and deconstructed for each summer musical. Upon his passing, the stage was dedicated to Ray, and the Bards continue to perform on the Ray Sowell Commemorative Stage today.

There is a separate entrance for those needing an entrance without stairs. Simply stop by the Box Office and inform the ticketing table that you will need to enter at the accessible entrance. This entrance is located at the bottom of the hill around the building. Knock on the labeled door and an usher will let you in.

The shows we elect to perform are appropriate for most audiences. Any show we perform is in alignment with the teachings of the Catholic Church, or demonstrate consequences for actions taken that contradict with Church teaching.
